The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to host in style, from relaxed family meals to a full dinner party. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, enjoying a private gathering, or planning an exclusive hen party, the Topaz Lodge provides the perfect backdrop for memorable moments. With five generous bedrooms, offering 10 single beds and one double, the lodge comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Three modern bathrooms — including a private ensuite — ensure comfort and convenience for larger groups. Outside, a private hot tub and an expansive decked terrace with luxury rattan furniture offer the ideal setting to unwind, entertain, and enjoy the peaceful countryside surroundings. Downstairs living area
The sitting room has a large corner-shaped sofa, 55 inch HDTV on the wall, coffee tables. The open-plan dining room has a beautiful Italian modern table, with patio doors leading out to the large decking and private hot tub. The kitchen is open plan with a breakfast bar, hob, double oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, utensils, and cookware for 12 guests. The kitchen has a door also leading onto the large decked area, hot tub, and beautiful views of the countryside. Bedroom 1. The twin room has two black leather single beds, mirrored wardrobe with drawers. Bedroom 2. The master bedroom has 3 single white leather beds, a large en-suite bathroom which has been decorated to complement the master bedroom and has a beautiful spacious figure of eight walk-in shower. Bathroom 1. This bathroom ideal on the ground floor has a large double shower, WC, sink Bathroom 2. ensuite as described above in bedroom 2.
Upstairs
Upstairs there is a very spacious landing that is lovely and bright and has a sofa and TV. Having a second TV in the lodges is also ideal for a family staying if kids have Playstations etc. Bedroom 3. Has a balcony with beautiful views towards Stirling, this bedroom has 3 single white leather beds, trendy furniture with a dressing table, and mirrored double wardrobe. Bedroom 4. Spacious and bright with 2 black leather single beds, sliding mirrored wardrobes, and storage. Bedroom 5. Has twin beds and wardrobe with storage. Bathroom 3. Very spacious with large corner shower, toilet and sink.
Patio
Leading from the sitting room and kitchen there is a very large decked terrace area with rattan sofas, chairs, tables, plants, and a barbecue. The views from here are stunning. This decking also leads to the private hot tub for this lodge. This lodge is also suitable for wheelchair access, having ramps from the car park, also downstairs bedrooms, and bathrooms with low profile shower trays.

Had a wonderful 2 night stay at the 12 bed lodge. Beautiful location loved the view's. Staff were lovely to talk to and very helpful. Clean Lodge house with all facilities in the kitchen. Would love to come back and stay again ,such a peaceful and relaxing time we had as a family
